To assess tolerance, mix half a scoop of Edge of Insanity with 200-250ml of cold water. Once tolerance is assessed, mix 1 scoop of Edge of Insanity with 200-250ml of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before exercise. Do not use Edge of Insanity within 4 hours of bedtime.
