  3. Exceptions: In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance, which may include a replacement or store credit.
  4. Final Authority: We reserve the right to make the final decision on all returns and exchanges, based on adherence to this policy.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is free for purchases exceeding $100.00. We ship across the U.S. with certain product restrictions and exclusions for international destinations. We aim to deliver your order promptly and efficiently.

Supreme Sports Nutrition LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the U.S. or overseas. Please contact your carrier for assistance. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
